Eating late will cause blood to have to go to your stomach for digestion during your sleep instead of repairing your body and making new cells. Worse, blood will pool to the stomach and cause the body to produce more adrenaline than necessary, resulting in a sleepless night. If you don’t get enough sleep this throws off the thyroid which controls your metabolism, which controlls how much weight you gain. Break your fast each morning with fruit.
Try eating nothing but fruit before noon. However, prepare a 30-minute gap between your last piece of fruit to provide the stomach time to digest. You might also have a raw fat with your fruit like avocoado pieces to slow sugar absorbtion and keep you fuller longer.
