Why is it that Doctors Love to Prescribe Pharmaceuticals in Lieu of Enabling Our Body to do its Job?

Some years back I began along the road of menopause. If you don’t grasp what menopause is, it is the change for a lot of women. That moment of time will give you surprises like you have by no means seen before. Things like the hair on my face, the ballooning of my stomach, the hot flushes and the nighttime sweats as well. I can’t reveal to you how miserable I became, diarrhea, excessive blood pressure, parched skin, weak nails, deprived sleep, weight increase and the file goes on. For your information, I had a horrible time with menopause, furthermore I did all that I would imagine of to make it stop.
To my amazement my younger sister began during the same moment in time as I did, and she had to contend with lots of the same troubles I was dealing with. I asked her what she was doing to assist with the symptoms and I could not believe what she told me. The moment I asked her what she was using she said to me, nothing. That’s right, nothing. I don't get how in the world a person could cope with all of this, furthermore not be using anything to help in easing the pain. It gets worse. Almost 6 months later she called me up and told me it was over. As soon as she said it was over I had no idea what she was talking about, as I downed my brigade of daylight medicines. What is over I asked, and she told me her symptoms, all her menopause symptoms were passed on. Just as quickly as they showed up, they were gone.
There I sat, looking at my $800.00 dollars a month array of miracle medicines, and she was done. Then it occurred to me that counting all of my friends that began nearly the same period, she was the only one which had made it out of the forest, while taking nothing. After a few days of smashing everything in the house, I called her up and I asked her, why? Why did you do this and why was it successful?
Well she explained her premise to me and I accepted what she had to say with a grain of salt and a glass of water. According to my younger sister, she is of the opinion that the health business would much rather have you coming back for more treatment than to have you healed all together. Her analogy is that of a automobile service station. If the station fixes your auto right the first time you have no motivation to return and try anything else to get it to work. Now imagine if the auto parts were like drugs, and had a 400,000 % markup, what would your repairman do?
But I had to understand, what about the hot flashes, what about the dreaded menopause night sweats. She told me that after some time they both subsided, and that varying her regimen, along with employing her Bed fan for night sweats, she was able to get through the hard times. Yet the one factor that truly stuck with me was her final deduction. That by allowing her body to do what God planned for it to do, menopause came and left without a hitch.
So I took her counsel and I did the same things she did, along with a little fine-tuning here and there, and I am happy to say, I made it. And now, I as well am out of the forest and not far after my sister. My friends, then again, are still taking the medicines and wondering, when will it ever stop?
