You’ll imagine, as you are doing the breathing exercises, all of your troubles as a dark cloud filling you up inside. Each time air comes out of your lungs, you’ll imagine the cloud coming back out slowly, and the parts inside can be speculated to be “clean” again.
What works on behalf of me is imagining my mind could be a massive room that’s too dirty and messy. I conjointly imagine a large garbage can within the corner of that room.
